  During my more than 30 year career in the Phoenix area I have never had any Dental Board discipline. My purpose always has been and remains to this day to provide excellent orthodontics to my patients. The Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners dismissed the allegations of substance abuse and psychiatric issues from the anonymous complaint filed with the Board. The Board reviewed and investigated the allegations and resolved the issue. The Executive Director of the Dental Board signed a consent agreement on August 27, 2010 "to supercede any previous orders issued in this matter."
